AND YOU GET TO SHAPE IT

Be one of the first 100 Beta Users.

Here's the reality: AI is going to fundamentally change how we work in government contracting. The question isn't whether this transformation will happen—it's who gets to influence how it unfolds.

I'm building Govafy.com—an AI-Powered platform for government contractors, consultants, capture and proposal teams. I'm looking for 100 people to help shape it from the ground up. Not as passive users, but as active co-creators who understand the real challenges because they live them every day.

If you join the beta program, you'll get early access, direct input on what gets built, and 50% off the eventual launch price—locked in permanently. But more importantly, you'll help ensure that the AI tools being built for this industry actually solve the problems that matter.

Why Your Input Matters

Over 15 years, I've trained 16,000 government contracting companies. I've seen patterns—what strategies lead to wins, what mistakes cost contracts, where the operational bottlenecks really are. I've coached proposal managers through brutal deadlines and consulted with firms managing dozens of simultaneous pursuits.

The insights are there. The lessons are clear. But until now, they've been trapped in training sessions, coaching calls, and my own experience.

AI finally makes it possible to codify all of this into software that's available when you need it. But I can't build this in isolation. The people who struggle with proposals at 2 AM, who juggle multiple clients, who manage compliance matrices across different agencies—you understand the nuances I might miss.

I need small business owners who know what it's like to write proposals while running operations.

I need consultants who are trying to scale their expertise across growing client lists.

I need proposal writing firms managing simultaneous deadlines and maintaining quality under pressure.

I need power users who will use Govafy and help stress - test this new AI platform to make it better for themselves, which ultimately makes it better for everyone else.

Your real-world experience is what will make this AI software tool actually useful versus just theoretically interesting.

From Bamboo Walls to the GovCon Industry

I was born in a jungle village in Laos—no electricity, dirt floors, bamboo walls. My childhood village survived through collective wisdom: hunters, gatherers, elders watching children, young apprentices learning the craft. Everyone contributed their unique skills. No one was alone.

That tribal mindset shaped everything I would build.

In 2006, I discovered government contracting—a seductive goddess with the perfume of $2.3 trillion in annual spending. While others were intimidated by the complexity, I was intoxicated. I studied, traveled, learned from contracting officers, GovCon entrepreneurs, program managers and other industry leaders.

That love affair led me to found the Government Contractors Association, where I've helped facilitate over $35 billion in contract wins and trained 16,000 companies.

The Realization

For years, I've provided education, training, coaching, and consulting. I've worked with proposal firms managing impossible deadlines, consultants trying to scale, small businesses navigating their first contracts.

I realized something: Traditional methods have limits. They scale linearly. One coach can only help so many clients. One consultant has only so many hours.

But AI scales differently.

The lessons learned from thousands of companies—their successes, failures, and strategies—can now be codified into software. Everything I've learned can be made available 24/7, at the exact moment when someone needs it.

The Problem We're Solving

Winning government work is supposed to take twelve distinct roles — a capture manager, a proposal writer, a researcher, a cost estimator, a compliance officer, a contract manager, a CMMC/security lead, and more. That stack runs $1.18 million a year — and 98.2% of organizations can't afford it. So the work falls on whoever's already stretched thinnest.

For small businesses: Every proposal swallows weeks of labor that pulls your best people off delivery and business development. You're juggling opportunities, tracking certification deadlines, managing registrations, hunting for teaming partners, and trying to hold relationships together and execute contracts — all at once. And because nothing is captured or reused, every pursuit starts from scratch. The hard-won knowledge from your last win lives in one person's head, and walks out the door the day they leave.

For consultants: You're trying to serve multiple clients with the depth each one deserves, but your expertise doesn't scale with your ambitions. There's one of you, the days are finite, and the most valuable thing you own — your judgment — is trapped in your inbox and your memory instead of working for you everywhere at once.

For proposal firms: You're running simultaneous proposals with overlapping deadlines, and every client expects instant command of their domain, their past performance, and their positioning. Writers burn out. Quality control becomes the bottleneck. Pricing gets squeezed. And each new engagement means relearning a customer from zero, because none of the intelligence from the last proposal carries forward.

And the off-the-shelf generic AI everyone's reaching for doesn't fix this — it doesn't know FAR or DFARS, doesn't understand your past performance, and will happily invent a compliance claim that disqualifies your bid. So all of this still happens the old way: across a dozen disconnected tools, Word documents, spreadsheets, and sheer mental bandwidth — with the knowledge that should compound leaking out instead.

What if there is another way? What if AI Agents can help offset or offload some of these work. That's exactly what we're building. Pair each of those twelve roles with an AI agent and the same stack gives back roughly $409,500 a year — about a third of the cost — without dropping a single function.

What Govafy is

Govafy is a hybrid SaaS and Outcome-as-a-Service (OaaS) AI platform built for the government contracting industry. Think of it as an AI capture team whose memory compounds with every pursuit. It knows what your company knows — every win, loss, proposal, and relationship — and it works like ChatGPT and Google Workspace had a baby that grew up inside the GovCon world, drafting your proposals and sourcing your bids while you sleep.

What we're solving

As mentioned above, competing for government contracts has traditionally required a stack of expensive specialists: a capture manager, proposal writer, compliance officer, pricing analyst, and researcher. That's a $1M+ annual labor bill, and most organizations can't afford it. So they either sit out, or bleed margin paying people to shuttle information between documents. We call this "human middleware" — and Govafy replaces it.

How it works

Govafy captures your institutional knowledge — data, decisions, people, pursuits, wins, losses, emails, chats, documents, relationships, and all the unstructured noise in between — and turns it into a secure, auditable organizational brain. From there, a lead agent named Govie orchestrates a roster of specialized GovCon agents that work on top of that brain to produce finished, ready-to-submit outcomes: industry signals, proposal drafts, capability statements, matched bids, teaming partners, pricing, marketing materials, and compliance documents.

You give Govie an instruction — "find bids matching our profile," "draft a response to this RFP," "build the compliance matrix" — and it coordinates the right specialists to get it done. You and your team stay in command, and a human always approves anything before it ships. Because this is sensitive government work, all of it lives in a controlled, secure environment built for GovCon's stricter standards — never a public chatbot.

The vision

One AI orchestrator for the entire government contracting lifecycle — from sourcing the opportunity to fulfilling the contract — amplifying your team at every stage.

What's live today

The AI-enhanced proposal workflow is the core. Create, manage, and move proposals through every stage with Govie and its writing agents doing the heavy lifting — dramatically cutting manual effort while raising both the volume and quality of what you submit.

A growing roster of specialized agents, orchestrated as one. Govie commands experts across the lifecycle:

  • Bid sourcing and opportunity matching

  • A full proposal-writing team — RFP, RFQ, and RFI response agents, plus executive summary, technical, management plan, and QA plan writers

  • RFP/RFQ/RFI analysis and automated compliance matrix generation

  • Pricing analysis, grammar and quality review, and marketing content

  • An always-on AI chatbot, plus customizable agents you can shape to your own workflows — with more added continuously

Grounded by your own knowledge (RAG). Govafy intelligently stores, retrieves, and learns from your existing proposals and documents, so the system surfaces the best content exactly when you need it — faster, higher-quality drafts that sound like you.

A centralized content library. One hub for reusable content, templates, past performance, generated proposals, and critical reference material. Store your data once, and Govie finds and formats the right pieces for each new bid automatically.

Dynamic Kanban pipeline boards. Customizable boards that adapt to your workflow, giving you clarity and oversight of every pursuit at a glance.

Secure team and client management. Role-based access with full data isolation between teams, departments, and clients — control and collaboration without compromising data integrity.

Integrated notifications and discussions, and a fully responsive experience that works whether you're at your desk or on the go.

Coming soon: an intelligent GovCon calendar (automatic deadline tracking, AI conflict detection, predictive risk alerts, smart scheduling, Gantt views, synced with Google and Outlook); teaming partner management; and segmented client portals.

Built not only for businesses, but also for proposal firms

Onboard a new client and Govie instantly learns their capabilities, past performance, and positioning — then deploys that knowledge across your entire writing team for consistency and quality. Segmented private portals (coming soon) give each client their own secure pipeline and library, with strict assurance that one client's content is never used for another — all managed from a single unified dashboard.

Why it compounds

GovCon today runs "open" — every pursuit's hard-won lessons evaporate when an employee leaves. Govafy closes the loop: every win, loss, and decision feeds back into your organizational brain, so Govie gets sharper and more tailored to your business the more you use it. That compounding, built on your own private history, is what sets Govafy apart. General AI tools orchestrate public models over public data; Govafy is grounded in knowledge no competitor can replicate — a continuously learning system that compounds your wins over time.

Where we are today

The platform is live with early users and our first paying customer, and we're now launching the public beta — with the full lifecycle roadmap rolling out from there.

Foundation for Future Growth

What we've built isn't just a proposal tool—it's the foundation for something much larger. The underlying architecture is designed to expand into a full GovCon AI-Powered solution, supporting the complete government contracting lifecycle. This matters because you're not investing in a point solution that will need to be replaced as you grow. You're getting in on the ground floor of a comprehensive platform built to scale with your business.

The Roadmap: What's Coming Next

Central eagle 'G' logo surrounded by twelve magnifying glass service icons.

Why Now?

For years, I've wanted to build this. The technology wasn't ready. Now it is—and we've already proven the concept works.

Unlike generic business software, Govafy.com is purpose-built for government contracting. It speaks Governese fluently. It's built on lessons learned from every coaching session, every training, every success and failure I've witnessed.

The platform exists. Now we need your real-world experience to make it exceptional.

Join the Founding 100

I'm looking for exactly 100 people to help shape what comes next.

I need a mix: small business contractors, consultants, proposal firms, veterans who know what's missing, and fresh perspectives from newcomers.

The Future Is Now

My childhood village thrived because collective wisdom was shared. Over the years, I've gathered wisdom from thousands of companies—strategies that led to wins, mistakes that cost contracts, positioning that scored highest.

Now that wisdom lives in AI-powered software, accessible 24/7 to anyone who needs it.

Govafy is the codification of everything I've learned, made available to help the next generation succeed.

For years, I've been limited by hours in a day. AI removes those limits—not by replacing human expertise, but by multiplying its impact.

Your Invitation

AI is changing how we work in government contracting right now. The platform exists. The question is whether you'll help shape where it goes next.

Whether you're a small business just starting out, a consultant scaling your practice, a proposal firm managing impossible deadlines, or a veteran contractor looking for better tools—there are only 100 spots in this founding group.

Ready to help shape Govafy?
