Use of Artificial Intelligence
Govafy uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to assist users with proposal drafting, editing, analysis, and management. When you upload documents or enter text into the platform, that information is processed by our AI systems solely for the purpose of providing the requested functionality.
We do not use customer proposal content to train public or third-party AI models. Proposal content remains associated with your account and is processed only as needed to deliver the Services.
AI-generated outputs are based on user inputs and system logic and should be reviewed by users prior to submission or reliance.
AI Training & Third-Party Models
We do not permit third-party AI providers to use customer content to train their general-purpose models, except where explicitly authorized by the customer or required to provide the Services.
Ownership of User Content
Users retain all ownership rights to proposals, documents, and content uploaded to or generated through the Services. Govafy does not claim ownership over user content.
We treat proposal content as confidential and use it only to provide and support the Services, comply with legal obligations, or as otherwise authorized by you.
Job Candidates
If you apply for a position with us, we collect information from your résumé, cover letter, and application form, including your name, email address, phone number, work history, and professional qualifications. Information collected from job applicants is used solely for recruitment and hiring purposes and is retained in accordance with applicable laws.
